【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementsforfacedthermalinsulationboardscomposedofrigidcellularpolyisocyanuratesurfacedwithothermaterials.Theinsulationboardsareintendedforuseattemperaturesbetween40and200176;F(40and93176;C).Thisspecificationdoesnotcovercryogenicapplications.Consultthemanufacturerforspecificrecommendationsandpropertiesincryogenicconditions.Forspecificapplications,theactualtemperaturelimitsshallbeagreeduponbythemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.2Thisstandardisintendedtoapplytorigidcellularpolyurethane-modifiedpolyisocyanuratethermalinsulationboardproductsthatarecommerciallyacceptableasnon-structuralpanelsusefulinbuildingconstruction.Thetermpolyisocyanurateencompassesthetermpolyurethane.Forengineeringanddesignpurposes,usersshouldfollowspecificproductinformationprovidedbyboardmanufacturersregardingphysicalproperties,systemdesignconsiderationsandinstallationrecommendations.1.3Theuseofthermalinsulationmaterialscoveredbythisspecificationistypicallyregulatedbybuildingcodes,orotheragenciesthataddressfireperformance.Whererequired,thefireperformanceofthematerialshallbeaddressedthroughstandardfiretestmethodsestablishedbytheappropriategoverningdocuments.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Forconversiontometricunitsotherthanthosecontainedinthisstandard,refertoIEEE/ASTMSI10.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethods,Section11,inthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
