【摘要】:Themethodallowsinadequatecookingoftheproductstobedetected.Itappliestoproductshavingaureaseactivityoflessthan1mgofnitrogenpergramofproductasreceived.Formoreactiveproductsthemassoftestmaybereduced.Theprincipleconsistsinmixingofagroundtestportionwithabufferedureasolution,afterkeepingthemixturefor30minat30C,neutralizationoftheammonialiberated,withanexessofhydrochloricacidsolution,andback-titrationwithstandardvolumetrichydroxidesolution.
