【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850specifiesstandardtechniquesfortestingofconformanceofimplementations,aswellasspecificmeasurementtechniquestobeappliedwhendeclaringperformanceparameters.TheuseofthesetechniqueswillenhancetheabilityofthesystemintegratortointegrateIEDseasily,operateIEDscorrectly,andsupporttheapplicationsasintended.NOTE1TheroleofthetestfacilitiesforconformancetestingandcertifyingtheresultsarebeyondthescopeofthispartofIEC61850.NOTE2Thetestapproachandtestsystemdesigntotestaclientdeviceislikelytobedifferentacrossthebroadrangeofclients.Therearemanypossibilitiestotestclients.TheclienttestsarebeyondthescopeofthispartofIEC61850.Itisintendedtodefineclienttestrequirementsduringthemaintenanceofthispart.
