【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofgroundspinnersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasgroundspinnersincategories1and2inEN14035-2.Category1groundspinners,category2groundspinnerswithfrictionheadandcategory2groundspinnerswithaprotrudingfusenotdesignedtoresistsideignitionshouldbecontainedinaprimarypackorselectionpack.Itisnotapplicabletogroundspinnerscontainingreportcomposition.Itisnotapplicabletogroundspinnerscontainingpyrotechniccompositioncontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,groundspinnersareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:non-metallictubeortubescontaininggas-andsparks-producingpyrotechniccomposition,withorwithoutnoiseproducingpyrotechniccomposition;—principaleffects:rotationonthegroundandemissionofsparksand/orflameswithorwithoutauraleffect.SchemesfortypetestingofgroundspinnersandbatchtestingofgroundspinnersarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardpresentsasimpleformatfortheexchangeofdigitalspectraldatathathasbeendesignatedasanEMSA/MASstandard.Thisformatisreadablebybothhumansandcomputersandissuitablefortransmissionthroughvariouselectronicnetworks(BITNET,ARPANET),thephonesystem(withmodems)oronphysicalcomputerstoragedevices(suchasfloppydisks).Theformatisnottiedtoanyonecomputer,programminglanguageorcomputeroperatingsystem.Theadoptionofastandardformatwouldenabledifferentlaboratoriestofreelyexchangespectraldata,andwouldhelptostandardizedataanalysissoftware.Ifequipmentmanufacturersweretosupportacommonformat,themicroscopyandmicroanalysiscommunitywouldavoidduplicatedeffortinwritingdata-analysissoftware.
